In addition to the full time consultants CBA has developed a portfolio of high calibre associate consultants and operates through own offices in Cyprus and Romania and Associate offices in a number of other countries.
The basis upon which we select consultants is governed by quality procedures for identifying the project and/or client requirements and matching the skills and experience of the consultant and consultancy team to them. Every proposal, including consultant selection, is vetted and approved by the Managing Director.
